What would you do or how would you react if your doctor prescribed you nature as your medicine?
Would you see it as something stupid or illogical or would you simply go for it? If you think that it is a bad idea, you are definitely wrong.
According to a latest study, it’s been proven that nature can sooth our mind and simply put us in the state of mind where we would feel only peace and positivity and simply forget about our troubles.
Luckily many countries and cities have taken this seriously, since some of them are thinking about nature and its benefits to our mental health, they decided to “involve” nature when they are designing urban areas.
What is also good about this whole thing is that many cities and towns are reconsidering nature as part of their habitat.
Some of them are moving plants from other gardens to other parts of the city/town just to make them more “green”.
This way of thinking is very popular in Japan and South Korea, especially the trend called Shinrin-yoku.
If you don’t know what that means, we will explain you. They simply see nature as a true healer so they are trying to “use” it as much as they can by simply taking in the forest atmosphere or how they call it “forest bathing”.
That’s why you should never reject “the nature” prescription because it can only help you with your health.
